The recent launch of a new showhome on Leith’s Shore has made a splash with prospective buyers flocking in their droves to preview the superb properties available at the exciting new Coalhill 2 development. 

Unveiled in October, the showhome has attracted no less than XX potential home owners from across Edinburgh and beyond whilst supplying a taste of what’s to come in the £8m development by BUREDI - a joint venture by The Burrell Company and The EDI Group.
